NicoleBenisti.com accepts returns within 14 days of receiving the receipt. This is only for regular priced items - All sale Items with promo code are FINAL SALE and non-refundable. Original shipping and handling fees are also non-refundable.
For any returns the reason must fall amongst the following:Incorrect sizing
Defect (Please give us a description of the issue)
For your refund to get accepted the item(s) must be returned in the same condition it was sold, including the original tags attached on the jacket. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged.
It is advised to safeguard the original packaging as it will be required for the return of the item(s).
The Return Inquiry must be completed within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Any return requests received after that deadline will be refused. The client will be refunded once the item(s) is returned and checked. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.

HOW TO GET AN RMA NUMBER
To return your merchandise, you must request a ‘Return Merchandise Authorization number’ (RMA) within the 14 days of the shipment date. Once you receive your RMA, you have 2 days to return your shipment or it will get refused.
Please note, the customer is responsible for the shipment of returned goods along with applicable fees, duties, taxes, VAT, etc. Customers who select a collect shipping method will have total amount of freight charges deducted from your returned order.
* THE RMA NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE PARCEL.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the parcel to be returned. Additionally, customers must ship with a postal service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we are NOT responsible for delayed or lost packages. Once we receive your package in our warehouse, your refund will be processed in the following 7-10 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional processing time before crediting your account. Packages returned without the authorized RMA label and/or alternative couriers will be refused at the warehouse.
